| WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE BUYING A SWIMMING POOL OR ENCLOSURE |
As most of you know the economy has been in a nose dive for quite sometime. Not only has this affected
you the home-owner but many small business's in our community. A lot of these small business's have
folded or on the brink of going under. As a resident or soon to be resident of the State of Georgia we plead
with you to use local or state contractors in order to help our community grow and to keep your friends
and neighbors gainfully employed. The economy is so bad that we have out of State contractors doing and
saying anything to in order to take these jobs away from us and other contractors in our community and
state. Once these out of State pool contractors convince you to use their services, they then insist on you
using their pool enclosure companies which are also out of state. They try to sell you a package deal
which by way of kick-backs puts more money in their pockets. I once had a local pool contractor give me
a letter which stated that he would give him $300.00 for every enclosure he let him build. Who do you think
pays these kick-backs? Right, you the customer. It is the goal of The Tin Men to stop these types of
practices in our community and the great State of Georgia. We question whether or not these out of state
contractors have to pay the same taxes in this state as us and the other business's affected by these
under handed tactics. The Tin Men has worked hard to find the best pool contractors in our area as to do
our part in not only keeping our local workers with a job but other companies in our area as well. The Tin
Men has an outstanding reputation in our community and will be glad to help anyone find the service they
need to fit their need. Whether it be a quality home builder, concrete work (stamped or stained) or a
quality pool contractor. The Tin Men is a proud member of the local Chamber of Commerce and is an
accredited member with the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. Our promise to you is, The Tin Men
will never accept a kick-back from anyone we recommend to you, the consumer. If you do use an out of
state pool contractor understand you are in no way obligated to use who they recommend to build your
enclosure or any other service they may offer. Pool contractors are just that, pool contractors and are not
in the enclosure business other than to put more money in their pockets and take it to another State.

licensed or insured, however, we will meet or beat any reasonable proposal submitted by ANY out of State
